  • The work environment and the support one receives from everyone in the team is the highlight while working here. The opportunities I have received in terms of work has made me more confident and helped me upskill myself.

  • Impact Day - volunteering to give back to our community!
  • Flexibility, the people and learning opportunities.
  • The specialty and market leading quality work I am exposed to.
  • Not being able to travel to other states where majority of teams are located given I am internal and not client facing although I organise and develop marketing /BD for client pipeline generation.
  • Could have more exposure to different works.
  • Remuneration is not as competitive.
  • It can be stressful during the busy season.
  • Being exposed to many different and new things at once.

Deloitte has always encouraged diversity with respect to women and focuses on maintaining a good gender ratio. There are Women in Cyber programs and events to celebrate achievements of women.
