The promotion criteria are fairly clear. It is a year-on-year promotion, provided we meet our targets and depending on business needs.
I love my company’s culture, both in the office and after hours. Everyone is super helpful and wants to add to your learning experience, and it is also nice to see that same attitude and friendliness out of work at social events.
Work hours vary based on project intensity. Flexible hours for the most part, but there are times when you are required to meet stringent deadlines that may extend the normal 9-5.
