Disability Support at Deloitte Australia
True accessibility has the power to unlock the potential of every individual. This is not about ticking a box – we believe better accessibility benefits everyone, and we’re committed to addressing the systems that hinder equity and putting accessible practices first.
We’re guided by our APAC and Australian Access and Inclusion Plans, which detail our commitments over the next three years to make Deloitte a workplace free from barriers. This includes a target to double the percentage of people living with disabilities at Deloitte by 2026.
Unmasking neurodiversity
We recognise that neurodiverse people have unique strengths and challenges and are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and respect. ‘Neurodiversity’ refers to neurological differences such as dyslexia, autism, ADHD and dyspraxia that result from natural variations in human brain function.
We support our neurodivergent community with initiatives such as our neurodivergent network and mentoring program, which provide opportunities to connect, learn, and share experiences and perspectives with one another.
