Our corporate program, based in our Melbourne office, Hawthorn East, will see you become a part of something bigger from day one; helping Aussies lead sustainable, healthier and happier lives. It’s just up to you where you want to make a difference from.
You'll contribute to real deliverables and experience clear ownership while working alongside key leaders within the business. From day one you will be supported by the team around you and have your own Accelerator Coach who will become your mentor throughout the program. Now, that’s food for thought!
Our Engineering and Manufacturing team work hard to ensure that the Coles facilities are running at an optimum level, as well as continuously developing processes to improve efficiency and performance across the board.
As an E&M Graduate, you will be exposed to world-class engineering practices and cutting-edge technologies and large-scale (automation) manufacturing machinery. Grads will have the opportunity to be a part of two sites - One site is highly automated with robotics, with state-of-the-art equipment, that is constantly looking to improve its performance and efficiency. The other site is at the beginning if its life cycle and is introducing new equipment and robotics and creating new systems and procedures.
Note: The Engineering and Manufacturing stream is based in NSW.
Leverage our Australian heritage, retailing pedigree and ‘Own Brand Powerhouse’ to provide the best quality Meat, Liquor, Fresh Produce, Dairy and Grocery items to our global partners.
The international market is highly dynamic, leading to countless variables in creating the best international offering. It is this pursuit of the best offer that is the most rewarding aspect of working in the Export team. Export graduates will work closely with our Meat teams and our new Shanghai office to export our meat products to Asia.
Oversee the production and distribution of our products across hundreds of sites each day. We collaborate across the whole business, consulting central teams and subject matter experts, to monitor and manage product availability and ‘Delivery in Full on Time’ (DIFOT) for key categories. This overlaps with the work we do with our suppliers, arranging inbound plans and production.
Supply Chain Grads experience a wide breadth of development opportunities, such as owning end-to-end projects and being responsible for new line forecasting, promotional planning and analysing the impacts of global and seasonal events.
